Kennedy Van der Laan's EU- en Mededingingsrecht advocaten
adviseren cliënten over de mededingingsrechtelijke aspecten in
brede zin van het ondernemen. Wij vertegenwoordigen cliënten in
verschillende sectoren, zoals de joint venture van de Nederlandse
banken die zich bezighoudt met het betalingsverkeer in Nederland,
cliënten op het gebied van openbaar vervoer in verband met het
OV-chipkaart project, cliënten in de openbaar vervoersector,
bancaire sector, gezondheidszorg, media, telecommunicatie en
IT.
De kern van de mededingingspraktijk bestaat uit strategische
