Machteld Vink
HR Advisor
Machteld Vink studied Culture, Organization & Management at
the Vrije Universiteit of Amsterdam and graduated in the major
field of Human Resource Management. After her studies she had
several jobs, including that of HR manager in a small law firm and
that of consultant legal in a recruitment & selection agency.
In 2008 she joined Kennedy Van der Laan as a human resources
advisor.
At Kennedy Van der Laan her tasks include recruitment &
selection, sickness absence counseling, employment conditions,
coaching, career guidance and performance & appraisal.
