Legal 500 EMEA 2012 - Project finance and PFI
"Kennedy Van der Laan’s team is ‘very practical in
its approach’. It focuses on urban developments, typically advising
project developers and local authorities on procurement and
contract issues. Practice head Casper Schouten and Richard-Jan Roks
are recommended."
Legal 500 EMEA 2011 - Construction
"With Kennedy Van der Laan, ‘one gets one’s answers
personally, and not from a junior, at charge-out rates that are
reasonable’. The group represented a municipality in court
proceedings regarding a public procurement procedure for a large
road."
