Peter van den Broek
Peter van den Broek's practice nearly covers all aspects of
the insurance and liability law field. He specializes in
technical/material damage cases, appurtenant insurance law issues
and product liability and product recall. Peter regularly teaches
in his areas of expertise, he provides internal as well as external
courses to fellow lawyers, he is a guest lecturer at the Vrije
Universiteit of Amsterdam and gives (in-house) trainings to
insurers, trade associations and other clients.
Peter regularly publishes on a wide range of insurance and
liability law topics in professional journals.
