Peter Kramer
Peter Kramer studied law at Radboud University Nijmegen and
graduated in July 2008. His master's thesis was a comparative
law study into precontractual liability, examining the liability of
contracting parties in the Netherlands, Germany, England and under
the European Principles of Contract Law when negotiations are
broken off.
Peter has been with Kennedy Van der Laan since September 2008.
His practice covers all aspects of liability law and insurance
law.
In his spare time Peter loves to play football most of all, but
he is also fond of cooking, reading, watching movies and wide ski
runs.
