Diane Donath
Following her law studies, Diane worked as an in-house counsel
in the labor affairs department of Heineken for many years. In this
job she advised HR-advisors and managers on a wide range of labor
law issues. On behalf of Heineken, she also took part in
consultations with trade unions and works councils. In 2007 she
switched to the legal profession.
She worked in the employment law department of a large
Amsterdam-based law firm. She joined Kennedy Van der Laan as
an attorney in May 2009. In her practice she focuses on individual
as well as collective labor law issues.
