New talent
Kennedy Van der Laan builds corporate transactional and
energy practice with experience partner and notary
Kennedy Van der Laan is making good on its strategic decision to
grow its corporate transactional and energy capacity. Louis Bouchez
(38, formerly of Clifford Chance, Norton Rose, and the OECD) has
come on as partner for the corporate transactional and energy
practice.
Jan Schouten (36, formerly of Andersen and AKD Prinsen van
Wijmen), a corporate law specialized notary, has also come aboard
bringing substantial international corporate structuring and
transactional experience.
