New Managing Partner for Kennedy Van der Laan
Casper Schouten has succeeded Joost Linnemann as
Chairman.
AMSTERDAM, 16 January 2012 – As of 1 January
2012, Casper Schouten and Cécile Schobben make up Kennedy Van der
Laan's Executive Committee. Casper takes over the role of
Managing Partner from Joost Linnemann, whose five-year management
term has ended.
Casper has been a partner in the Real Estate and Construction
Law practice group of Kennedy Van der Laan since 2001. He is also a
deputy judge of the Court of Haarlem. Since 1 January 2010 he has
been a member of the Executive Committee. Cécile Schobben has been
Managing Director and a member of the Executive Committee since 1
February 2010.
Casper Schouten: “Joost Linnemann can look back on a successful
management term. Under his guidance Kennedy Van der Laan has not
only earned a high degree of client and employee satisfaction, but
also considerably higher profitability. These days, Kennedy Van der
Laan is in an even better position than five years ago. This is
largely thanks to Joost.”
The new management will continue this policy and focus mainly on
the execution of the strategy, with an emphasis on the continued
deliverance of top quality while focusing even sharper on
clients.
As partner and prominent IT-law specialist,
Joost Linnemann will once again focus fully
on serving his clients in the IT practice of Kennedy Van der
Laan.
