Knowledge and training center
Kennedy Van der Laan considers the continuing legal and
practical education of its attorneys to be of utmost importance.
Knowledge and skills building occurs one-on-one by working closely
with more senior attorneys on projects, advice, transactions and
litigation. Knowledge and skills are also built by taking part in
internal training courses that range from basic knowledge in new
areas to highly sophisticated analysis of developments in other
areas. Courses cover legal knowledge, contracting and litigation
skills, as well as advanced language and commercial skills.
Kennedy Van der Laan is recognized by the Dutch bar association
as an accredited training center for continuing legal education
courses for its own attorneys.
